A new collective bargaining agreement was recently signed with the Mifalei Tovala transportation, storage and logistics company of the ICL Israel Chemicals Group, after negotiations between the Histadrut, the workers' committee and the company's management.
The agreement will apply retroactively from January and reduce the gaps between the first generation employees and the second generation employees of the company. It significantly updates the salary tables of all sectors in the company, who will receive salary increases each year.
