A 15-year-old girl from the village of Kalil in the western Galilee was hit by a stray bullet, Wednesday evening, from bursts of joy that were fired in the village of Yarka following the victory of the council head in the elections.
She was evacuated to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.
