An appeal committee for victims of hostile acts, headed by retired judge Tzipora Baron, decided on Monday to recognize a young woman who was raped by six Arabs from the Sharon-area Israeli Arab city of Qalanswa when she was 16 as a victim of hostile acts, according to Haaretz.
By virtue of the decision, the victim will receive a monthly stipend from the Ministry of Defense.
