The haredi-religious United Torah Judaism Party has announced that it opposes the proposal for a narrow empowerment clause on the infiltrators bill to be raised by the Ministerial Committee on Legislation on Sunday, according to Israeli public television.
The faction claims that it is inconceivable that they are specifically a specific empowerment clause for the infiltrators bill, which was disqualified by the Supreme Court, while they did not do so for a law affecting haredi induction into the Israel Defense Forces, which was also rejected by the court.
