MK Smotrich: Jews who stay for two weeks a year in Israel should vote

MK Betzalel Smotrich, in a Knesset reception for the Jewish Federations of North America, said, "I am promoting a bill whereby every Jew who is here at least two weeks a year can vote in Israel."
