Minister Tzachi Hanegbi will speak on Saturday evening at the central memorial ceremony for Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin to be held in Rabin Square.
Other speakers at the rally will be Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni, Labor Party Chairman Avi Gabbay, and MK Yair Lapid.
