The Knesset's Constitution, Law and Justice Committee on Tuesday approved a second and third reading of the draft criminal law bill initiated by MK David Bitan (Likud), to which MK Eitan Cabel (Zionist Union) has submitted a similar bill.

According to the bill, a court that deals with an alternative to detention for a person who is being investigated on suspicion of committing a sexual offense may prevent the suspect's employment in places defined in the law, including jobs that allows regular contact with minors, Or with the helpless, In accordance the police will not prevent sex crime suspects from being arrested.
