Chairman Yaakov Margi of the Knesset Education Committee called on junior faculty, Tuesday, to give the opportunity for negotiations with the Finance Ministry to work and stop their strike at the universities.
Speaking at a committee meeting on the subject of strikes in academic institutions - universities and colleges, Margi said, "If the negotiations do not succeed, come back and we will give you full backing."
