Member of Knesset Michael Malkieli has submitted a bill, under which a the center of a candidate for mayor's life be determined by the time he actually takes office, and not according to the date that candidate lists are submitted.
The introduction of the bill follows the Supreme Court ruling Monday morning that rejected the appeal of Yitzhak Pindrus against his disqualification from running for mayor of Elad.
