Driver in suspected hit-and-run to return to house arrest

The Tel Aviv District Court acceded to the appeal filed by the police and returned soccer player Yitzhak Aspeh, who is suspected of a hit-and-run in which Ari Nesher was killed, to seven days' house arrest.
