The Movement for Governance and Democracy responded to the Supreme Court's decision to allow the entry of the BDS activist to Israel.
"The judges chose to ignore an explicit law stating that no entry permit would be granted to a person calling for a boycott of the State of Israel," the movement said. Out of nothing, a constitutional right that is against the law, for people who are not citizens or residents of Israel, and define themselves as enemies of the state. The ruling proves that it is necessary to change the way in which the composition of the court is determined, and that there is no choice but to legislate the right of standing and to determine that there will be no right to appeal to the Supreme Court to a non-resident or Israeli citizen who is specifically harmed by governmental actions."
