Police detectives and Border Guards have arrested two residents of Fureidis, aged 19 and 28, on suspicion of illegal possession of arms and ammunition.
The two were arrested after a handgun and dozens of bullets were found during a Wednesday search of a house in the northern village. The two will be brought to the Magistrates Court in Hadera for a remand hearing.
