The rider of an electric scooter in Tel Aviv has been arrested after a sobriety test found that he was driving under the influence of alcohol twice as much as permitted by law.
His driver's license was disqualified and the scooter was grounded for 30 days. The Traffic Court rejected the rider's request to cancel the grounding of the scooter.
