Two Gaza residents, who were accused of membership in a terrorist organization and the prohibition of terrorist property activity, will be released from detention under the orders of the Be'er Sheva District Court, according to Channel 10 Television.
Justice Eliyahu Bitan ruled that putting them on trial because of their opposition to the blockade in Gaza is immoral. It is possible that the State Prosecutor's Office will appeal the decision.
