Israel Railways has announced that a malfunction was discovered in the locomotive of one of the trains that made its way from Ben Gurion Airport to Jerusalem's Navon station, shortly after it left the airport.
A standby locomotive brought the train back to Ben-Gurion. The passengers were sent personal messages describing the mishap and its significance, as well as bottles of water and snacks. Upon their return to the airport, they were put on buses to the capital.
