A Palestinian Authority source has told the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation that Qatar has conveyed a message to Hamas that if Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas cuts aid to Gaza, it will give it alternative funding.
Qatari ruler Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani announced yesterday that his country would donate $150 million to Gaza's citizens. He added that this is humanitarian emergency aid that is needed there.
