US Homeland Security Chief: China intervening in US midterm elections

US Secretary of Homeland Security Chief Kirstjen Nielsen accused China of trying to intervene in the mid-term elections next month.

"We recognize unceasing attempts by China to intervene in the elections," Nielsen said.
