Russian official: Thousands of armed rebels leaving Idlib

The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that more than 1,000 armed rebels had abandoned the demilitarized zone in Idlib, Syria. Russia and Turkey will also enforce a new demilitarized zone in Idlib that rebels are obligated to abandon by October 15.
