Jafar Farah, head of the Musawa Center for Arab rights, has responded to the pending decision to prosecute a policeman suspected of violence against him, saying, "It's not just the lone cop. This is a system that is rotten in a culture of lies and violence."
Farah continued, "It's a shame that police commanders lent a hand to the lies about me for months. I expect the police commissioner to apologize for the various versions he gave in the days after the attack."
