Scholarships in the amount of NIS 350,000 have been distributed by the Mifal Hapayis national lottery organization to 35 students who live or study in the Shomron (Samaria) Council Region and contributed 130 hours a year to the community in education, immigrant absorption and welfare.
Mifal Hapayis and the council promise that next year the number of students receiving scholarships will double to 70.
