US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Wednesday referred to the Russian move to equip Syria with the S-300 air defense system.
"There is no doubt that transferring the S-300 to Syria will create a greater danger in the region and could also lead to an escalation of the situation in many sectors," Pompeo said.
