Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met on Thursday in New York with the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame.
Following the meeting, Kagame tweeted that the two “discussed strengthening mutually beneficial partnership with Africa and reaffirmed commitment to bilateral relations including opening an embassy in Rwanda soon.”
