The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against seven defendants, including the couple Zarina and Vladimir Belov and their son Oleg Goldin, charging them with trafficking in women for prostitution, pimping and more.
Between April and August, the defendants were allegedly involved in bringing women from the former Soviet Union to Israel for prostitution in various apartments in Jerusalem and Haifa.
