Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu held a consultation Friday morning with the top echelon of the security establishment, and received a detailed briefing from Air Force Commander Maj. Gen. Amikam Norkin about Norkin's talks in Moscow.
The Prime Minister's Oiffice said that Netanyahu gave instructions to remain in constant touch with Moscow.
