Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman says the debate over the Israel Defense Forces budget is "an empty argument of people who do not understand neither security nor economics." Writing on Twitter, Liberman added, "Every penny that comes to the defense establishment is not an expense, but an investment that generated $ 9.2 billion in exports last year."
