A delegation of the Israel Defense Forces, led by Air Force Commander Major General Amikam Nurkin, took off a few minutes ago to Moscow to present the findings of an investigation into the incident of a Russian plane shot down by Syrian anti-aircraft fire on Monday night.
Members of the delegation will present the picture of the event, including its preliminary information and the main findings of the IDF investigation of the incident.
