The Fatah movement of Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has informed Egyptian mediators that it refuses to meet Hamas on PA reconciliation, according to Fatah sources cited by the Al-Arabi Al-Jadid newspaper.
According to the report, the movement conditioned a meeting with the Hamas delegation on allowing the national consensus government to take full action in the Gaza Strip and accept Abu Mazen's plan for reconciliation between the sides.
