Elkin: I hope that Israel's ability to act in Syria has not diminished

Minister Zeev Elkin said, Thursday morning, "I hope that Israel's ability to act in Syria has not diminished."

Interviewed by Israeli public radio about Monday night's downing of a Russian plane in Syria, he added, I believe that following the incident, the Russians, in fact, will not want to be used as a human shield."
