The State Attorney's office has filed a petition to extradite dual French and Israeli citizens David Bloomberg and Michael Aknin to France so they can be prosecuted there for serious fraud offenses.
The two men are suspected of stealing more than 51 million Euros from French tax authorities in a VAT scam.
