Detention of suspected abusive caregiver extended by a day

The Hadera Magistrates Court has extended by 24 hours the detention of caregiver Livovi Prudan, who was arrested yesterday on suspicion of abusing an 82-year-old elderly man to whom she had been providing nursing care for the past four months, according to Israeli public television.
