Netanya resident suspected of being hired to assassinate 2 Israelis

A 38-year-old Netanya resident has been arrested on suspicion of being hired by a Russian businessman to assassinate two Israeli citizens for a $1 million.

The man met with the two victims, but had regrets and decided not to carry out the hit.
