Following a meeting with Member of Knesset Moti Yogev (Jewish Home), a member of the Knesset Health Committee, Health Ministry Director General Moshe Bar-Siman Tov has agreed to a grant of 50,000 shekels to dentists who will choose to do their internships in the periphery.
Students specializing in dentistry pay about NIS 120,000 a year for the internship, without the ability to earn a living, as is the case in other specializations.
