Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, Mufti of Palestine, has condemned the Supreme Court ruling that permits the uprooting of the illegal Bedouin settlement of Khan Al-Ahmar east of Jerusalem, calling it a "racist decision."
Sheikh Hussein called on the Palestinian Authority public to act against this "unjust" decision and to assist the steadfastness of Khan Al-Ahmar residents in light of the "ethnic cleansing of the occupation authorities" that was intended to connect Ma'aleh Adumim with Jerusalem. Hussein stressed that in response, the Palestinians would stick to the land and their national principles.
