MK Moti Yogev (Habayit Hayehudi), a member of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, responded to the High Court's decision regarding the illegal outpost of Khan al-Ahmar.
"In my opinion, as in other cases of Arab takeover of state land in Judea and Samaria, the court has withdrawn its decisions for many years, and thus unjustly violates the right of the High Court of Justice to withdraw and demolish Jewish outposts."
