In an interview with Army Radio head of the Opposition Mk Tzipi Livni (Zionist Union) responded to the US announced plan to cut funding to UNRWA completely, saying:
"The handling of the refugee problem is critical, they (the Arabs) have to understand that the keys they carry are not going to open houses in Israel, at the same time we have to transfer the money to other parties that will provide education, welfare, and health to them."
