The State Prosecutor's Office notified Aeronautic Ltd's CEO and ten of its employees that they will be indicted in connection with the company's deal with a material customer abroad.
The letter of suspicion accuses the suspects of fraud under aggravated circumstances and violation of the Defense Export Control Law.
