Construction and Housing Minister Yoav Galant took part in the celebrations of the end of the summer in the Binyamin Region Jewish community of Beit El.
The retired general received the "Yakir HaHityashvut" (Settlement Notable or Darling of the Settlement Enterprise) award from the head of the local council, Shay Alon.
