Hapoel Jerusalem basketball captain leaving the court

Yotam Halperin, captain of the Hapoel Jerusalem basketball team, will announce tomorrow (Tuesday) his retirement as a player after 17 years in the senior leagues.

Halperin will continue to work for the team as an administrator.
