Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon announced during his visit to the Ramat Negev Council that in the next government, his Kulanu party will demand the agriculture portfolio in the cabinet, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
Kahlon said, "This is a branch that is closely linked to the security of Israel, and it [being in the hands of Kulanu] will restore its honor, stateliness and proper place."
