The Mayanei Hayeshua Hospital in Bnei Brak reports that seven children and teenagers aged 11 to 17 are hospitalized with the Leptospirosis disease.
"The condition of the children is improving except for one case of a boy in whom an infection of the brain membrane is known as a complication of the disease," said Prof. Eli Sekem, director of the children's ward at the hospital.
