The Coordination Unit for Government Activities in the Territories has announced the easing of passage for Muslims, ahead of Islam's Eid al-Adha sacrifice holiday, which is scheduled to run from Tuesday evening until Saturday evening.
Family visits in pre-1967 Israel for Palestinian Authority residents of the Judea and Samaria region will be allowed without age restrictions. Prayers on Jerusalem's Temple Mount will be open to married men over the age of 50 and women over the age of 40 from PA areas in Judea and Samaria. Family visits from abroad will be allowed to PA areas of Judea and Samaria. Family visits from Judea and Samaria will be allowed to first-degree relatives in Gaza. The exit of PA residents from Judea and Samaria will be allowed through Ben-Gurion Airport and the hours at a number of crossings will be expanded.
