'As long as there's quiet, the Gaza residents benefit'

Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman addressed the opening of the Kerem Shalom crossing on the Gaza Strip border, on Israel Army Radio.

"As long as there is quiet, the residents of the Gaza Strip also benefit," Liberman said.

"If violence returns, they are the first to lose."
