Veteran journalist Dan Margalit called Jewish Home MK Bezalel Smotrich a "condescending racist" amid a Twitter fight over paratroopers who swiveled their backs as so not to see a female IDF parachuting instructor. The instructor is Margalit's granddaughter.
"Bezalel is a condescending racist and fascist who hates the rule of law and the disgrace of humanistic Judaism, but where is the decent religious people like Bennett and Shaked, Glick and Hotovely," he asked.
