The Central District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv District Court against 27-year-od Nissan Borochov, which includes eight charges, including numerous extortion offenses by threats, impersonation, breach of supervision orders, and more.
In the indictment against him, it was stated that through the the defendant created contact with a woman of legal age and 7 minors, despite the fact that he was not allowed to do so in the framework of a supervision order. In some of the correspondence, the defendant used to ask the minors to send him pictures of them. In the context of the contact with three of the minor complainants, the defendant extorted them with threats to send him intimate pictures and threatened to publish the pictures or to harm them.
