Supreme Court Justice Yitzhak Amit has ordered the state to return jewelry that was confiscated without a court order during a search conducted in the home of businessman Shaul Elovitch and his wife, Iris, who figure in an investigation into improprieties at the Bezeq communications company.
The ruling came in an appeal by Elovitch and his wife to magistrates court and district court decisions, which approved the confiscation without a court order.
