Member of Knesset, Amir Ohana (Likud) who served as Chairman of the Special Committee for the Legislation of the Nationality Law, referred to last night’s protest in Tel Aviv against the bill as “a great uproar over nothing.”
"We made drastic changes from the version that came after the preliminary reading," he said to Reshet Bet.
"We formulated a law that expresses something that anyone who defines himself as a Zionist should vote for.”
