Maj. Gen. (res.) Amiram Levin said on Thursday that the Druze protest should lead Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and the initiator of the Nationality Law, MK Avi Dichter, to cancel the legislation.
"I was Avi Dichter’s commander, he is not a racist. I was also Netanyahu's commander. It was my custom to listen to the last of the privates, even to harsh criticism, and especially one which comes from real heartache," Levin said.
