The London-based Arabic-language newspaper Al-Hayat reports real progress in talks held by Egyptian intelligence chief Abbas Kamel with a Fatah delegation of Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Cairo.
A meeting between the Fatah delegation and a Hamas delegation with senior Egyptian officials will take place immediately after Fatah expresses final agreement to the reconciliation proposal formulated by the Egyptians.
