Attorney Ilan Bombach, who represents Member of Knesset Eytan Broshi (Zionist Union), said he will file a libel suit in the next day against Zionist Union Chairman Avi Gabbay, who said that he will not apologize for remarks against Broshi, following the publications of sexual harassment allegations against Broshi.
Bombach said, "We regret that Labor Party Chairman, Mr. Avi Gabbay chose not to step down from the tall tree he climbed, and did not apologize to MK Eitan Broshi for calling him a 'sex offender'." Bombach added the suit would be filed as promised in a letter sent earlier to Gabbay.
