Report: Downed Syrian plane crashed in IS-controlled territory

The Arabic-language Sky News reports that the Syrian Air Force plane that was shot down by Israel crashed in the area of Syria's Yarmouk basin, which is controlled by the local branch of the Islamic State terror movement.
